R20 AM FM Radio Kit Aviation Radio Kit PLL Radio Receiver Kit Supports 88-108MHz FM & 118-136MHz AM

Purchase Instructions:

- This kit requires buyers to complete the soldering themselves (SMD components are pre-soldered) and perform debugging.
- Assembly involves risks. Buyers should assess their technical skills and available equipment to avoid installation failure.
- After purchase, contact customer service to obtain the instruction manual (electronic version).
- The kit includes all circuit diagrams but does not provide PCB design files, microcontroller source code, or firmware.
- The kit is shipped as individual electronic components. The assembled product images shown are for reference only.
- If any components are missing, please contact customer service.

Description:
This radio receiver kit covers the FM broadcast band and the aviation band (88-108 MHz in FM mode, 118-136 MHz in AM mode).

Features:
- It uses the STC8H1K17 microcontroller as the main control, with a built-in PLL local oscillator. It comes with a frequency display circuit (using a 7-segment digital tube, displaying units of 10 kHz; the photo has color differences, but the actual display is red). The receiver is divided into two bands (88-108 MHz and 118-136 MHz), with step increments of 10 kHz/100 kHz.
- The kit adopts TA2003 for mixing and TA7613 for intermediate/low-frequency amplification, featuring a superheterodyne architecture FM/AM receiver with single conversion and an IF of 10.7 MHz. The 2024 version supports squelch.
- Original code by our store. It includes an onboard digital control volume potentiometer, supports configuration auto-save, and allows adjustment of the crystal oscillator frequency and receiving IF frequency.
- Powered by 12V. The PCB size is 71 mm x 100 mm, and it can be conveniently placed into a 76 mm x 35 mm x 100 mm aluminum enclosure for use.

Package Included:
- 1 x AM FM Radio Kit

Packaging Details:
- Weight: 0.35kg

Note:
- Since VHF signals propagate similarly to light—in a straight line—reception quality is highly dependent on location and obstacles.
- If your receiving location is far from the airport (over 25 km) with no obstacles, it is highly recommended to install a VHF Yagi antenna or another high-gain antenna for optimal reception.
- If there are large obstacles (such as high-rise buildings, mountains, or towers) between your receiving location and the airport, ensure that these obstructions are avoided. Otherwise, the kit may only receive one-way signals from aircraft during their approach.
