Common Problems and Solutions:
- Unable to power on: battery level depleted, buttons malfunctioning. Charge or replace the battery or send it to a repair center for maintenance.
- No alcohol consumption but alcohol detected during testing: The tested person may have consumed food containing alcohol with a high concentration detected in the previous test, resulting in alcohol residue during this measurement. The alcohol sensor has been used for too long and has aged, causing zero drift. Measure again after 10 seconds or more, calibrate or replace the converter.
- One drank alcohol but did not detect it: the alcohol sensor has been used for too long and its sensitivity has decreased. The distance between the breath and the mouth and nose is too far. Calibrate and return to the factory to replace the alcohol sensor.
- The battery level is not durable: the battery has aged or been damaged. Replace the battery.
- The indicator light and flashlight do not light up: the indicator light is damaged. Send to the repair center.
