Applications:
- It can perform on-site verification, maintenance on industrial automation field instruments, and provide accurate signal source for outdoor measurement.
Measured Data Spectrum:
1. Frequency below 6.8GHz
2. Frequency 6.8GHz-13.6GHz
Secondary Development & Serial Communication Protocol:
The overall structure of the RF signal source series protocol adopts the command line mode. The communication baud rate is 115200bps. The command is issued by the PC, the machine parses and executes, and then the result is returned to the PC. The command is limited to lowercase letters a~z, numbers 0~9. The end symbol of each command is a newline character (hexadecimal notation "0x0a"), and the total length of the PC command is 15 characters (including 0x0a).
There are 3 types of communication commands for DDS series module: w command, r command, and c command.
Rid Command: read the version number
PC sends "rid+ 0x0a", the machine returns the machine model, and the return result is: ADF5355 (The returned machine model data format is ASCII character format, no need to judge the model, as long as it is displayed, it will be OK).
Wfc Command: Set the frequency value
The format is: wfcxxxxxxxxxxxx + 0x0a, a total of 16 bytes; "c" is the channel value, c=0: write channel 1 frequency value; c=1: write channel 2 frequency value; "xxxxxxxxxxxx" is the frequency value represented by 12 digits.
For example:
Wf0: Write data to channel 1.
000123456700 indicates that the set frequency is 1234567.00KHz.
