FAQ:
Q: Can RS16 FORMULA be compatible with other brand bases?
A: RS16 FORMULA is compatible with all quick release devices with 50.8mm and 70mm hole spacing, for Simucube, SIMAGIC, MOZA, etc. For Fanatec base requires installation of Podium Hub to unlock force feedback and QR1/2 to use.
Q: Can RS16 FORMULA be played on the devices for PS5/Xbox?
A: It does not support devices other than computers. Although there are some adapters on the market that allow some steering wheel functions to be used for PS5, important parts such as screen parameters, RGB flowing lights/warning lights, etc. still cannot be used.
Q: Is the steering wheel connected wirelessly or wired?
A: The steering wheel is connected to the computer via USB and uses for SimHub software to control functions such as RGB lights and screen.
Precautions:
- RS16 FORMULA uses standard USB 2.0 (480MHz) protocol to connect to a computer, compatible with both USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 interfaces, but may not be compatible with USB 3.1 interface.
- The manufacturer recommends that users use a separately powered USB Hub to obtain stable voltage without affecting the operation of the steering wheel.
- When connecting the steering wheel directly to the computer, please try to use the USB port on the motherboard instead of the USB port on the computer case.
