Introduction:
SP328P is a high-speed mass-production programmer for SPI FLASH. It supports high speed mass production programming of SPI NOR/NAND FLASH, I2C/MicroWire and other EEPROMs from domestic and foreign manufacturers.
It adopts high-speed MCU+FPGA architecture, built-in hardware driver engine and IO dynamic allocation technology. It supports SPI FLASH QUAD (four-channel) mode, adopts USB2.0 high-speed (480Mbps) communication interface, and uses a built-in memory instead of the conventional external SD/CF card to save the programming project files. Multiple innovations and leading technologies effectively ensure the efficiency and stability of mass production. In the actual test, it takes only 75s to burn a W25N01GV (1Gb SPI NAND) (erase + programming + verification).
The SP328P programmer is equipped with our first ATE control port, which supports a wide range of automated programming systems from various manufacturers. The offline programming project file can be loaded from PC or USB drive. Thus, it is convenient and flexible to use. It supports offline burning serial number and UID encryption function.

Support offline programming
* No need to connect to a computer. The built-in memory chip saves the project data burned offline.

Offline memory
* 2Gb(256MB) (Note: The offline memory is used for storing system information, and about 250MB is used for storing user's burn-in data).
* Compared with the conventional SD/CF card to save offline data, its built-in memory chip has faster transfer speed and higher stability.
* With a USB drive interface, the offline programming project data can be loaded either from the computer or through the U disk, which is convenient for on-site application.

FLASH intelligent erase technology
* It automatically matches the best erase algorithm according to the data in the chip;
* When the chip is completely empty: it will automatically skip the erase operation;

* Conventional programmers can only use full chip erase, which greatly reduces the efficiency of programming in mass production.
Supports QUAD, DUAL, and Standard SPI modes of SPI FLASH
* DUAL: Dual channel mode. Two IOs are used for data transfer at the same time, and the transfer rate is twice that of standard SPI.
* QUAD: Quad mode. Simultaneous use of four IOs for data transfer. And the transfer rate is four times that of standard SPI.
* Most of the programmers on the market (including the SP8/SP16 series from SFLY) can only support the standard SPI mode.
