Read before Purchasing:
- It is mainly used for ternary
lithium and lithium iron phosphate battery packs to balance the voltage
of each string of batteries. Before purchasing, please check whether the
battery pack voltage difference is too large to cause poor battery
life. If your battery is damaged, or the internal resistance is too
large, starved, flooding, etc., the equalizer board is not for your
batteries.
- The board will automatically turn on the equalization
when the adjacent voltage difference exceeds 0.1V. No external power
supply is required. Please check whether the battery voltage difference
is higher than 0.1V before purchasing.
Precautions for Use:
- Before the cable is removed from your protection board and connected to the balance board, make sure that the line sequence of the protection board is the same as that of the balance board. Reverse connection and wrong connection will damage the balance board and battery, so be careful.
- When using for the first time, the greater the voltage difference, the greater the equalizing current, and the maximum equalizing current can reach 1.2A. At this time, a large amount of heat will be generated. It is recommended to use it in a ventilated environment.
- This equalization board is a maintenance accessory. Customers who need to assemble it inside the battery pack need to equalize it externally first to reduce the voltage difference, and then weld a set of cables for insulation protection. Before connecting to the equalization board, you need to use a line sequence test board or T-616 analyzer or multimeter to check to ensure the correct line sequence, otherwise serious consequences will be caused due to wiring errors.
- During the circuit test process, the customer must conduct on-site visual monitoring to prevent the occurrence of unsafe factors such as short-circuit, over-voltage, and over-temperature, you should immediately terminate the test and disconnect the circuit and give us immediate feedback.
