Description:
TS100 mini soldering iron is an internally heated intelligent CNC soldering iron, lightweight design, ready to use. Easy to dismantle and easy to store. Comfortable control handle, high-performance heating end, simple control interface. It is a portable tool for electronic engineers and electronic maintenance enthusiasts.

It can work between DC12-24V. It is designed with a OLED screen display, button temperature adjustment. External independent power supply. Under DC19V 40W state, it will heat up to 300°C in 15 seconds.

Controller End:
TS100 is based on 304 stainless steel nested polycarbonate shell. It features integrated dedicated power interface, safety circuit design, anti-static structure, built-in STM32 processor, dual temperature sensors and precise coordination of acceleration sensors, so that TS100 can achieve 100 to 400℃intelligent temperature control, instantaneous temperature rise, automatic sleep, over-temperature alarm and other functions.

Safety Instructions:
1. Please use grounding clamps, suitable power supplies and other accessories to ensure safe use.
2. When TS100 is used for the first time, there may be slight smoke due to the heating of the electric heating element, which is normal.
3. When TS100 is used continuously for 40 minutes above 350℃, the temperature of the soldering iron handle will reach 50℃ to 60℃.
4. When TS100 heats up, not touch the tip of the soldering iron to avoid burns.
5. When the TS100 is powered on, the soldering iron tip cannot be replaced.
