The gain of the first stage of the amplifier is A1, the gain of the
second stage is A2, and the total gain is Aout. Aout=Al*A2.
- If you
want to achieve the maximum signal-to-noise ratio, the first stage
magnification should be as large as possible. The second stage cannot
change the signal-to-noise ratio. Usually the noise and signal of the
first stage should be amplified at the same time.
