X825 V2.0 2.5 Inch SATA HDD/SSD Expansion Board + X825-C8 Case + X735 V3.0 + 5V 4A Power Adapter

X825 V2.0:
Upgrades:
① Add 4 test pins to achieve powered between X825 V2.0 and Pi4 without additional cable. You can get power from the PI4's Type-C port or X825 V2.0 DC JACK power socket.
② Removed the on-board power button and 4-pin external switch interface. You can connect the X735 board for software safe shutdown & power management.
③ Use more shorter USB 3.0 jumper/connector, so the matching metal case is X825-C8.

Description:
The X825 expansion board provides a complete storage solution for newest Raspberry Pi 4 Model B, it supports up to 4TB 2.5-inch SATA hard disk drives (HDD) / solid-state drive (SSD). Only 2.5 inch SATA interface HDD/SDD hard disk is suitable for X825 Board.

It is updated from X820 V3.0 2.5 inch SATA SSD expansion board for Raspberry Pi 3B+/3B. Please refer to X820 if you want use the 2.5 inch SATA SSD on the board for raspberry pi 3b+/3b/2b.

Key Features:
- Supports up to 4TB 2.5-inch SATA hard disk drives (HDD) / solid-state drive (SSD) (Theoretically it can work with 6TB or 8TB as well. But actually we do not test the X825 board with 6tb or 8tb HDD, you can have a try.)

- On-board push button to control power on /off (Press-ON, Hold the button pressed at least 2s -OFF)

- Power supply: AC 100-240V input 50 / 60Hz, 5V DC 4A output
- DC Power Plug Size : 5.5*2.5mm
- Important Note: Please use high quality DC 5V 4A power supply, the best choice is to buy the DC 5V 4A power supply provided by us. If you get low quality power supply to use, it may probably will damage your 2.5 inch HDD/SSD.

X825-C8 Metal Case:
There is new metal case X825-C8 designed for X825 V2.0 board, X735 and Raspberry Pi 4. Note: Because we found that USB 3.0 high-speed transmission will interfere with the 2.4G wifi signal for Raspberry Pi. So if you find the 2.4G signal is unstable, please try to use WIFI 5G AP. We think this is caused by the unreliability of the wifi design for Raspberry Pi. If the Foundation for Raspberry Pi reserves the SMA IPEX antenna interface, everything will become easier. We will also struggle to solve this issue in the future.

X735 V3.0:
The X735 is a multifunctional expansion board for all current models for the Raspberry Pi using a 40-pin header. It provides intelligent and safe power management, safe shutdown and full power-off through software, an automatic temperature controlled fan which enables the use of the board for Raspberry Pi in extreme conditions including very high temperature environments. The X735 also reserves the 40-pin header that can be stacked with other accessory boards (for Raspberry Pi) for enhanced applications.
