Description:

XCWGP-06 Wireless Handwheel:
1. Power supply indicator
- Green indicator stays on: The power supply is on and the electricity is normal.
- Red indicator stays on: The power supply is on and the power is low, please charge it as soon as possible. When the battery drops further, the device automatically shuts down.
- Red indicator blinks: Charging.
- Green indicator blinks: Charged.
2. Wireless signal indicator
2.1. No blinking: The wireless connection is disconnected and no data can be transmitted.
2.2. Blinking: The wireless connection is successful and the data can be transmitted normally.
3. Power switch
3.1. Press the power switch for more than 0.1 seconds to turn on/off.
3.2. In the power-on state, press and hold this button for more than 6 seconds to transmit a code matching signal.
4. Emergency stop button: none
5. Axis selection switch: 6-axis selection signal.
6. Speed switch: three-speed selection signal.
7. Pulse encoder.

9. Automatic shutdown without operation: the handwheel will automatically shut down without any operation (no change in the switch of each gear, pulse encoder does not rotate) within 30 minutes.
XCWGP-06 Receiver:
1. Status indicator:
1.1. Off: No power supply.
1.2. Flash 3 times with a period of 4 seconds: the power supply is normal, but there is no signal.
1.3. 1-second period flashing: The signal is normal.
1.4. Always-on: code matching mode. At this time, the handwheel turns on the power, and long presses the power switch key for 6 seconds to transmit a code matching signal. After receiving the code-matching signal, the receiving host exits the code-matching mode. At this point, the device enters a 1-second cycle flashing mode. If no code matching signal is received within 1 minute, the receiving host will exit code pairing mode. It is still received according to the original code address, and multiple receiving hosts cannot code the same handwheel.
2. Address learning button: long press the code matching button for 1 second to enter the code matching mode.
3. Power input: The power supply of this receiving host is divided into DC5V and DC12~24V. As long as one of the power sources is connected, the device will work normally (No setup required. It cannot be powered by DC5V and DC12~24V at the same time).
3.1. DC5V power supply: voltage 4.8~5.5V, current at least 200mA. A power supply above 5.5V can damage the device. When the power supply is below 4.8V, the device cannot work.
3.2. Application scenarios of DC12~24V power supply:
a. There is no DC5V power supply.
b. The power of DC5V power supply is not enough.
c. The voltage drop of DC5V power supply is too low due to line loss.
d. Need 12~24V pulse signal.
4. Coding pulse output: the pulse signal is quadrature differential output. If the controller does not support differential output, it only needs to connect A+ and B+. Note that A-, B- cannot be connected to any wires, cannot connect two wires together, and cannot connect 0V. A - and B - are disconnected, otherwise it will cause a short circuit. If the direction is reversed, switch A and B, switch A+ and B+, and switch A- and B-.
5. Pulse voltage selection.
5.1. DC5V power supply: no matter how you choose, 5V pulse is output.
5.2. DC12~24V power supply: 5V or power supply voltage pulse output can be selected.
6. External antenna: external antenna, please place the antenna in an unobstructed high place.
7. Emergency stop button output: none
8. Speed signal output: optocoupler output mode when normally open, common negative output. Axis selection signal output: optocoupler output when normally open, common negative output.
