Common Problems:
1. When it turns up, the sound will freeze, intermittently. After it turns down, it can play normally.
Answer: Reason 1: The power of power supply is too small. The total output power of this power amplifier board is 320W. When choosing a power supply, it is recommended to select a voltage of 24V and a current of about 13A. Reason 2: If there is no problem with power supply, it may be that the power of the speaker is too small. For example, when the output is 100W, but a 25W speaker is connected, it will freeze when it turns up, and the speaker may be burned out.

2. Bluetooth cannot be connected.
Answer: Users turn on the Bluetooth of mobile phone but cannot find the Bluetooth of the power amplifier board. The same situation occurs when using another mobile phone. There may be a problem with the bluetooth module, you can contact customer service to deal with it.

3. There is too much noise when playing music, or there is noise level when not playing music.
Answer: The function of the power amplifier board is to amplify signals. The main source of noise is that the radio clutter in the environment is amplified by the power amplifier board, so as long as the power amplifier board is running, there will be noise. When choosing an audio cable, try to use the one with shielding function. It is also possible that the sound source is noisy. Normal mobile phones and MP3 have no noise. Most of them are on some old front-end boards, which are not compatible with our company's power amplifier boards. Audio isolators or coupling capacitors can be added to remove them.
