Operation Instructions:
1. Connect the device according to the interfaces.
2. After turning on the power switch, the red power light will light up.
3. Set the conversion and master-slave mode. If the ECU is the master, the converter is the slave, and vice versa.
4. The green LINK light is on, indicating that the converter and the vehicle ECU are physically linked successfully.
5. The RJ45 network port light is on, indicating that the computer and the converter are physically linked successfully.
6. After all lights are on, set the computer and the vehicle device IP to the same network segment. Use the computer to ping the vehicle ECU. If the ping is successful, it indicates that the computer and vehicle device can exchange data normally.
Troubleshooting:
1. The red power light is off.
a. Check if the power adapter is damaged.
b. Ensure the power switch on the converter is turned on.
2. Link light not on
a. Check if the T1 interface on the converter and the user ECU interface are properly connected.
b. Check if the wiring of the twisted pair is reversed.
c. Verify if the twisted pair is subject to environmental electromagnetic interference or if the cable quality is poor.
d. Ensure the master-slave mode on the converter is set correctly.
3. The computer cannot ping the user ECU
a. Check if the computer firewall is turned off.
b. Ensure the computer's network card recognizes the converter.
c. Check if the computer's IP and the user ECU's IP are in the same subnet.
d. The user ECU might have encryption that disallows pinging.
