Description:
The voltage standard uses the LM399H for Linear Technology as the reference element, with two sets of voltage outputs 6.95V/10V. 6.95V is the direct output of LM399H. 10V is 6.95V outputted to 10V after being boosted by a precision op amp.
The LM399H reference IC is used as a reference IC in many 6 ½ digit multimeters and is a constant temperature reference. Compared with 4 ½ digit references such as AD584 and BQ588, its temperature coefficient is much smaller, and basically does not exceed 0.5PPM/°C. It can be used as a 5 ½ digit or 6 ½ digit voltage reference.
