YMC-06 2-in-1 10MHz OCXO Frequency Reference & 5 ½ Precision Voltage Reference (Square Wave)

YMC-06 integrates 10MHz frequency reference & 5 ½ voltage reference. It uses 10MHz OCXO as 10MHz frequency reference source and REF50XX chip (for TI) as 5 ½ voltage reference source. It also uses the constant temperature characteristics of OCXO to make a constant temperature cavity, providing a constant temperature environment of about 45℃ for the REF50XX reference chip. In this way, the accuracy of the REF50XX reference chip will be quite high. In addition, it uses the reference voltage of REF50XX as the control voltage of OCXO to control the 10MHz frequency. The two control each other to get a smaller error.
