Description:
ZM-7205A DC brushless motor driver is the latest launch of our company. It targets high-tech products in the field of medium power motor drives. ZM-7205A uses large-scale integrated circuits to replace the original hardware design, with higher anti-interference and fast response performance. It is suitable for driving any low-voltage three-phase DC brushless motor with Hall or no Hall with input current below 5A and power supply voltage within AC70V~230V (nominal panel AC80V~220V), featuring high-current operation and low temperature. Therefore, it can be used in electrical automation control fields such as knitting equipment, medical equipment, food packaging machinery, and power tools.

Main Features:
- It can be connected to an external speed display board; it can also be connected to a computer to set the drive parameters
- Double closed-loop design of current speed, large torque at low speed, and stable operation
- High torque and high speed output. The maximum speed is up to 20000rpm/min (depending on users' motor)
- Speed regulation mode: external PWM speed regulation or external potentiometer speed regulation
- With EN (enable), DIR (direction), and X1 (brake) signal control terminals
- Can output speed pulse FG (optical isolation, gate output)
- Can output alarm signal ALM for user detection (optical isolation, gate output)
- With over-current, over-voltage, under-voltage, fan control, Hall sensor phase error, motor stall and other protection functions

This product can realize the following functions: (standard factory default setting is square wave with Hall open loop mode)
1. Square wave with Hall speed open-loop operation
2. Square wave has Hall speed closed-loop operation
3. Square wave open-loop operation without Hall speed
4. Square wave closed-loop operation without Hall speed
5. Constant torque open-loop mode operation (long-time overload operation is strictly prohibited)
6. Constant torque closed-loop mode operation (long-time overload operation is strictly prohibited)

Attention:
- The above functions can be set by users according to the PC software or handheld intelligent setting unit provided by our company.
- When there is no Hall operation, there is no direction control function.

Attention:
Due to the drastic changes in the storage and transportation ambient temperature, condensation or frost is likely to occur. At this time, the driver should be placed for more than 12 hours, and the driver can be powered on and run after the temperature of the driver is consistent with the ambient temperature.
